Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase! However, if you want to return or exchange for any reason, please send us the item (s) without embroidery with attached labels, and that they retain their original condition within the following 15 days from delivery. If item was dispatched as ordered mail returns will have a return fee. Items in Clearance or Discounted above a 40% will not be eligible for returns, unless stated otherwise in the promotional material.

Zone 1 Puerto Rico = $15 (Shipping & Handling Cost for Restock)

Zone 2-3 US East Coast $20 (Shipping & Handling Cost for Restock)

Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be returned.

Depending on the method you used to send us your package, it may take 7 to 10 days for it to be received at our offices. As soon as we receive the item (s), we will process your return within 3-7 business days.

Once your items have been returned, you will receive an email notification.

Changes or returns.

Submit your exchange request with your returned items.
Complete the exchange section that was included in your original package. Make sure the form is complete and attach it to the items you are exchanging.

If the selected items exceed the cost of the returned items, you must contact us via email to request the same and make the payment of the difference through our merchant or terminals.

Option 1) SCRUBS-SWITCH: We will switch merchandise and charge a fee for an 2 day return shipment. Submit your Return Request via phone or email. We will determine if the merchandise is eligeble for return and will send you the payment request for the Return Fee that applies. We will send the replacement merchandise and email you with a return packing label. As soon as the package is returned we will send the replacement merchandise.

Option 2) SCRUBS-2-STORE: You can SWAP merchandise that is eligeble for return or change the desired size or style. Make your change and / or request credit by visiting any of our locations.
Visit any of our four locations with your proof of purchase and request to exchange merchandise. Which can be used exclusively in our physical stores. If we do not have the item available at the store, you can use our routing system to request the merchandise to be delievered to that specific store in 4 to 9 business days.

Option 3) YOUSEND-SCRUBS: You can directly send by MAIL with the carrier of your choice:
Send your return / exchange via the carrier of your choice to the address listed below. We will contact you to request the shipping payment for the Return cost + Handling.
