If the order has not yet been shipped or handled by our team you may receive a credit or a return of your paid amount with a return fee of 5% of the total amount. If you will like to change your order you may contact parallelgrouppr@gmail.com at anytime before the order ships.
To return your product you must meet the following criteria.
The product shipped was not in the order placed or has incorrect size.
The product has a cosmetic defect that is visible.
