Your tracking status will be delivered to the email included in your order information as soon as the order has shipped from our warehouse. 

If the order has not yet been shipped or handled by our team you may receive a credit or a return of your paid amount with a return fee of 5% of the total amount. If you will like to change your order you may contact parallelgrouppr@gmail.com at anytime before the order ships.

To return your product you must meet the following criteria.

• The product shipped was not in the order placed or has incorrect size.
• The product has a cosmetic defect that is visible.
• No more than 15 days has passed since official tracking delivery date.

Submit an email in or before the 15 day of receipt with your order number reason for Return Request and have original package and receipt proof. *Submit of photo proof*

Flat Rate 1 to 2 days from purchase.

United States (Contigous States)
Flat Rate from 2 to 6 days.

These rates excludes backorders*, special orders, liquidation products with low stock and equipment with special handling.
